Robin went out of his way to make this an enjoyable experience (although the delays by some of the sub contractors made some days a little tense!!!). Robin wasn't satisfied unless we were satisfied. In fact, we felt like he worked on this place as if it was his own. This crew worked hard, we're great to get along with, courteous and always helpful and took pride in their work. They were great representatives for T & M Homes. We feel that we've made some new friends in Robin & his crew. We miss you guys coming every morning!
We've had a number of people that we don't even know stop by & comment on the house.....what a difference the reno has made & they really love the siding. They have a hard time figuring out the colour - if its grey, brown or green.
Overall, working with T & M has been a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone planning to build or renovate. Mom is settled in and loves her place. I think she misses the opportunity to have chats with Robin

After a considerable amount of consideration on our Renovation we chose T and M Maritime Homes for the following reasons:
1: T & M has a professional Drafting and Design Department that can be contracted with even if we were chose another builder.
2: T & M has a professional Structural Engineer and he was used in our renovation.
3: T & M has quick access to top quality sub-trades such as concrete, plumbing, electrical, painters, etc.
4: T & M has a wide variety of professional carpenters with competent people leading each crew.
5: I had good past experience with T & M on two projects at Sussex and Area Seniors Centre.
6: T & M will give you the option of a Contract Price on the Renovation or a Budget Price.
7: The main reason we chose T & M is we knew they would start the renovation and keep people on site until it was finished.
We felt we would not have the problem of continually chasing the contractor to get back on the renovation site.
8: Overall we have been pleased with the professionalism and sincerity of T & M and would highly recommend them.
